Instruction For Parents

i) Please co-operate with the school in ensuring an effective education to your ward it can be done by:
(a) Providing the facilities of studies at home.
(b)Providing the note books, text books, learning aids & other stationery as your ward required.
(c) Assisting, guiding and watching your ward’s homework.
(d) Assisting your ward in removing deficiency in particular subjects.
(e) Providing proper school uniform.

ii) Look your ward’s school calendar frequently and see holidays/celebration & more important instruction according to month and occasion.

iii) must check his/her home task diary regularly in which especially daily assignment communicational note, any other remark given by school.

iv) Should you feel o notice that your ward is not making desired progress, kindly meet the principal.

v) The school Parents are humbly requested to pay their ward’s fee installment regularly.

vi) Whenever parents come in school, firstly they confirm their outlook. I.e. parents in Bermudans, Capri, 3/4, Shorts, night dress are not allowed in school campus.

vii) Whenever and wherever parents meet with principal, in-charge, teachers communicate with manner and etiquette.

viii) If you have any problem or objection with school family person share it to principal or management.

ix) The staff of the school cannot allow accepting tuition of school wards. Tuition/Coaching of same school student are strictly prohibited.

x) Parents are requested not to enter the classroom to speak with teacher’s class hours. Parents who seek information or wish to make complaint should do with receptionist office in-charge.

xi) Have all the stationary & school uniform/kit clearly marked with his name.

xii) Regarding the boards:

xiii) The students should be punctual & regular: the school gate will be closed with the first national song in the morning.

xiv) No leave can be granted in mid of school hours.

xv) Attendance is compulsory on republic day, Independence Day & other celebration.

xvi) Any damage done to school property, than equal amount will be charges as a penalty.

xvii) Regarding the boards:
(a) In case of rain, pupil are permitted in the school corridors but not in classrooms.
(b) Physically assaulting another learner.
