It is rightly said that, do not look into the past live in the present but think of the future. The new generation is slowly and gradually heading towards a direction less journey and following the glittering gold only.
They have gained technical knowledge, aristocratic lifestyle but lacking in emotional bondage and compassion under stressful conditions they are becoming and compassion. Under stressful conditions they are becoming unsustainable. Here comes the role of school and teacher. They can guide and mould these youngsters into individuals of strong mental disposition. Board has already started talking steps in this regards by starting value based questions for students. This will increase their social compatibility and also enhance their decision making skills during crisis.
From ‘Adapter’ you have to become ‘evolvers’.
